I am an Agile delivery and transformation professional with a track record of operationalizing modern ways of working in complex, enterprise environments—without losing the operational discipline that keeps organizations stable. Currently, I serve as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach at BASF, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver with higher predictability by tightening cadence, increasing transparency, and embedding continuous improvement. My approach is pragmatic and execution-first: remove systemic blockers, strengthen backlog quality, align stakeholders to outcomes, and improve flow from idea to production.

Before BASF, I worked as a Scrum Master across product and contract settings, facilitating core Scrum events, coaching teams and leaders, and supporting broader adoption of agile principles at scale. Earlier in my career, I combined delivery leadership with technical depth—acting as a Technical Project Lead and Disaster Recovery Expert / Agile Coach at T-Systems Malaysia, where I contributed to disaster recovery readiness through technical workshops, runbook governance, testing coordination, and operational alignment.

I also bring foundational IT service management experience (including service delivery and systems administration), which shapes a “control with speed” mindset: modernize delivery, but keep risk, resilience, and stakeholder confidence front and center. I am strongest in high-dependency landscapes where clarity, facilitation, and governance are non-negotiable. Certifications include ITIL 4 Foundation and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I). Education includes a Master’s from the University of Malaya and a BSc in Software Engineering from Coventry University.
