🧭 Principals

Principals are experienced delivery leaders with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in digital transformation, process optimization, or enterprise architecture. They’re not detached strategists — they own the outcome.

As a Principal, you:

• Lead the delivery of entire workstreams or programs

• Act as the main client interface during execution

• Ensure progress, mitigate delivery risks, and translate business needs into actionable execution

• Coach senior consultants and ensure alignment with the DRIVE™ delivery loop

You’ll typically contribute 1–2 hours per day during active phases, with weekend syncs or planning touchpoints as needed. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals who want to stay hands-on without full-time commitment.

🔧 Senior Consultants

Senior Consultants are the backbone of execution. With 5–10 years of business and technical experience, you’ll bridge strategy and implementation — owning the day-to-day delivery rhythm.

As a Senior, you:

• Attend all major meetings (internal and client)

• Drive core execution and task management

• Coordinate consultants and resolve blockers

• Validate deliverables and maintain documentation clarity

You typically contribute 3–4 hours per day depending on project intensity. This role is designed for professionals who want meaningful, execution-led work — without admin overload or delivery chaos.

🛠 Consultants

Consultants are the domain specialists, analysts, and builders — often early- to mid-career professionals with 1–5 years of experience.

As a Consultant, you:

• Execute specific deliverables like models, dashboards, process maps, or configurations

• Support solution testing, documentation, or research

• Work under the guidance of Seniors or Principals

• Focus on doing, not posturing

Your involvement may be full-time or part-time depending on the project. What matters most is clarity of task, speed of execution, and clean delivery.
